Do Not Stay Here This was the worst experience I have had at any hotel chain. The reception desk personnel did not have much experience and did not speak or understand English that well. We had to take our towels to the front desk and exchange them for new clean towels. The rooms were not furnished with plates, utensils and coffee maker. We had to request these items and pick them up at the front desk. The coffee maker did not include coffee. DON'T STAY HERE!!! The hotels plumbing backs up, I had to use washroom at gas station. Staff is more worried about texting and their computer than helping guests. Rooms have a terrible odor. I was promised a phone call from general manager that never came. When I called and finally reached him myself, he used vulgar language and laughed. If you value your time and money, please go to an establishment that respects you the same

Nothing to write home about Upon arrival, it was found that there are TWO Extended Stays right next door to each other, very confusing. There is NO Business center as the website notes and the shuttle wasn't running so we had to wait past our shuttle sign up time to get to the airport, awaiting a cab.

STAFF CAN'T HANDLED THE O;HARA AIRPORT PRESSURE Cancel flight at Chicago, called hotel.com made reservations for KB room. Called Hotel confirmed, was informed everything OK. Arrived at hotel. No KB room, received a QB room. Staff was overwhelmed, with guess they couldn't handled the pressure of multi-tasking. Young staff lady would just seize up and not talk. wouldn't respond to questions asked. Don't stay here Room was dirty area was bad Iron in room ruined a shirt and they could not find another iron. No facility to print boarding passes in hotel

Maybe I'd stay again--if they paid me I arrived in a thunderstorm and had to wait two hours for my baggage to be unloaded. Finally made it to the Extended Stay America Chicago O'Hare only to find they'd overbooked and given my room away. Fortunately (or maybe not), they steered me to another Extended Stay America, this one 20 minutes further into suburban Illinois and over an hour from where I had to be early the next morning. Extended stay, what it feels like after 5 minutes Bathtub was clogged, toilet ran all night and was loud, bathroom fan sounded like it was going to bring the ceiling down, towels were not clean, kitchen is from 1962 so is the air conditioner. Other than that it sucked.
