The staff was always friendly and accommodating with anything I needed and with other customer requests I saw as well. I chose this location for its proximity to Allstate Arena where I was going to a series of concerts for 3 nights. I walked to and from the venue each time, saving me tons on transportation costs. The Hallway floors were dirty and the room floor could have been cleaner.

Es un hotel muy limpio y tranquilo
Overall the property is pretty good. Staff was great! The television and shower could use an update but overall the room was really good!

My first night at this property, the smell of tobacco and marijuana on the 4th floor was extremely strong and I could not sleep. I called the staff about the issue and an extremely kind woman not only checked out the 4th floor, but also moved me to another floor, where there was not a smoke smell. I am so grateful to her because I was beyond exhausted from traveling beforehand and worried about not being able to sleep because of the strong smoke (I am sensitive to smoke).
