Good customer service. Decent rooms with kitchen access with stovetop with oven. Close proximity to O'hare airport, Target, and Naf Naf Middle Eastern Eatery. I have stayed in town for meetings with YS Health and to visit sister. Thanks.
I liked the peacefulness.
Non-smoking room, but obviously people had smoked in the room, which is a difficult odor to cover (drapes, couch, carpet). TV remote was missing, one lamp light bulb was missing.
