I liked the peacefulness.
Non-smoking room, but obviously people had smoked in the room, which is a difficult odor to cover (drapes, couch, carpet). TV remote was missing, one lamp light bulb was missing.

Staff was nice. Room was spacious. Noticed dirt in the corner of the bathroom and strands of rice in bed.

Convenient location from O'Hare airport both via car and public transit. Rooms are decent with oven and stove access with full kitchen with refrigerator and sink. Decent customer service. Paid Laundry facilities and small exercise area available too. I wouldnt mind staying here again if in Chicago area again. Take care.
