The hotel is near the airport which is so convenient. Also restaurants and target which you can walk for few minutes. Our room was clean and we have a small kitchen elect stove, microwave and fridge 😁. Staff are helpful.

Clean hotel. But what I didn’t like was the morning staff girls . The hotel is providing little breakfast options. That is fine I accept. The girls were helping themselves to the coffee and snacks, but not replenishing or making sure how low the coffee was or snacks. I sat there to see if they will stop chatting among themselves and pay attention to provide acceptional service . It was cool. I would prefer a thicker blanket. Would be nice if dishes were already in the rooms.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay here. Service personnel was awesome and very helpful. Stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. I extended my stay and they allowed me to stay in the same room. Close to O'Hare airport but no air traffic noise. Within walking distance of the Allstate Arena as well as nearby shopping area. Ample parking with adequate lighting as well as secured area.
