Was placed in the wrong room. I booked a deluxe non smoking room with a pull out bed. When I arrived they placed me in a smoking room with one bed. Also the entire floor reeked of marijuana. I told the management I wasn’t going to stay in a smoking room and I wanted what I paid for months in advance. They told me the rooms were sold out and I would have to take it up with Expedia. The property was more of a apartment building than a hotel. The area was shady as well. Homeless person across the street from the parking lot. Would not stay again. The kid that checked us in was extremely friendly.

The room was big; however they never came to clean the room in the entire three night stay.

Clean, 8-minute walk rob Allstate Arena. Wasn’t expecting a suite with a kitchen and living room, but perhaps all rooms are that since it’s Extended Stay? No complaints. Clean and close to Allstate Arena. 8-minute wall in fact.

Loved having a full size fridge to use and also the option to have a pull out to sleep on, but the pull out was dirty and not very comfortable. Also the blankets weren’t very thick and we asked for extra pillows but were never given them. We also asked to have the pull out mattress cleaned (it was dirty underneath it needed to be vacuumed) but that was never done either.

Chicago Trip The changes in amenities between my booking and the stay made me want to change bookings. (airport shuttle, food)
