Possible trashy people living there The hotel was ok. The problem was the other people staying there. Not the one nighters like me, but the people that LIVE there. The ones I met were not the highest class of people. I got the impression that one guy wanted to sell me drugs and/or wanted me to sleep with his girlfriend. Good: Location, free parking and free WiFi. Property appeared clean at first. Bad: When we opened up the sofa couch, there were no sheets or blanket. The mattress was stained. We did not want to sleep on it. Requested a blanket from the check-in desk. There was a guy who hung out in the lobby that we noticed when we walked in/out of the hotel on several occasions. On one occasion, he was outside smoking with a staff member. This made us feel creepy.

Very nice hotel, area close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. My only complaint, was I never saw any cleaning personnel, and my towels were never changed.

We stayed there for a concert we'd attended at Allstate Arena. We were all girls so we felt insecure since a lot of truck drivers were staying on that hotel. When we got there at night they were all drinking and smoking by the entrance.

I was not impressed with our stay at this facility. I am the type of person that goes with the flow and can adapt to changes. For as much as I paid to stay at this facility, for about four nights, I would have expected a better experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. The facilities however could really use some renovations. We chose a non-smoking room, but when we arrived it was as if the cleaning staff tried to spray and open windows to air out the previous attendants decision to smoke.
