After 2 visits I think... A lot of positives versus other hotels, and one suggestion: -fridge has a freezer, YEA Ice Cream! (but make sure your trays are full, no ice machine) -tv is on a convenient swivel - 4 cup coffee pot with hot pad, YEA! (those single cup machines deliver lukewarm coffee) -room has a real thermostat (a lot of hotels don't) -'just right' clean (doesn't smell too strong) -breakfast in lobby is poor (better to get takeout from nearby IHOP the evening before and heat it in the microwave) -one room had a wa... read more

convenient to airport, comfortable It was great to have a kitchenette for cooking dinner and breakfast during our stay. The room was comfortable, with a couch and recliner. We were able to walk to the nearby Target for groceries and supplies. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Ausgezeichneter Service Ich besuchte Chicago mit einem Freund. Ideale Lage für Tagestrips nach Downtown Chicago über den Flughaben O'Hare und der Blue Line. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und der Service ist spitze! Es ist zwar leider nicht ganz auf dem neusten Stand (optisch), dennoch kann ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen...
Nice hotel Room is very clean, desk people are very nice,Breakfast is ok, There is restaurants and grocery around the hotel, need to go there on foot, and its not easy to walk at night.
ワンルームマンションの様で大好きなエクステンデッド・・・グループなのに初めて不満が 馴染みのエクステンデッドステイアメリカグループの中で初めて不満が。いつもはセンスの良いワンルームマンションの様で、キッチンやソファーセットコーナーまであり、とても広く、清潔。所が、今回は、予約サイトではＱベット１台と４人の表示がされている部屋を予約したら、実際は狭い部屋で、ソファーは小学生でも寝られない短さで、４人なんて不可能。幸い、夫婦２人だけだったので寝られたが。又、洗面台には汚れが残っている有様。翌朝が早い出発で時間を惜しんだので部屋替えを諦めたが。又、フロント係りは、とても不親切で無愛想な若い男達。
値段相応 値段も手頃。周辺環境良好。朝食とシャトルサービスを重要視しなければ快適なステイ。
