Nice place to stay I enjoyed my stay here. The front desk was friendly. My hotel room was clean and it is conveniently close to multiple places to eat. My only complaint was that the fridge leaked water onto the kitchen floor.

Easy entry Good location, but have to circle 2 blocks to exit and get back on main road. Needs updating and better softer towels not ones from a dollar store. Rooms were clean but some of the dishes were not washed and ice trays were empty and no ice machine at location.

nICE BUT A LITTLE NOISY THE ROOM WAS NICE ENOUGH FOR A TWO NIGHT STAY BUT A LITTLE NOISY. NOT THE HOTELS FAULT BUT THE NEIGHBORS IN THE ROOM NEXT TO US DIDNT CONTROL THEIR TEENAGE KIDS. ALL IN ALL A NICE PLACE FOR THE PRICE.

Great price, nice hotel, poor service The price, location and actual hotel were all great. We did have a hard time getting service from the front desk i called twice from the room and got no answer then went to the desk and had to wait about 5 minutes to be helped. There were plenty of restaurants and the hotel was located right next to a main freeway to downtown Chicago. Even though our room faced the freeway there was little to no noise. I would definitely go back

Extended Stay America in romeoville, Il. I am a single woman traveling alone and felt very safe during my entire stay. this hotel is pleasant, fairly quiet, and clean. there a few amenities and no frills, but the staff is friendly and willing to help. all my needs were met with a smile. You need a car to get around....very little in the way of public transportaion and taxis. a courtesy van would be perfection!
