nICE BUT A LITTLE NOISY THE ROOM WAS NICE ENOUGH FOR A TWO NIGHT STAY BUT A LITTLE NOISY. NOT THE HOTELS FAULT BUT THE NEIGHBORS IN THE ROOM NEXT TO US DIDNT CONTROL THEIR TEENAGE KIDS. ALL IN ALL A NICE PLACE FOR THE PRICE.

Great price, nice hotel, poor service The price, location and actual hotel were all great. We did have a hard time getting service from the front desk i called twice from the room and got no answer then went to the desk and had to wait about 5 minutes to be helped. There were plenty of restaurants and the hotel was located right next to a main freeway to downtown Chicago. Even though our room faced the freeway there was little to no noise. I would definitely go back

Extended Stay America in romeoville, Il. I am a single woman traveling alone and felt very safe during my entire stay. this hotel is pleasant, fairly quiet, and clean. there a few amenities and no frills, but the staff is friendly and willing to help. all my needs were met with a smile. You need a car to get around....very little in the way of public transportaion and taxis. a courtesy van would be perfection!

great service.... I loved the room. I had made the reservation late and when I got to the hotel the lobby was closed, so I called the hotel. The cleaning lady was nice and let me in (it was about 15 degrees)... When I gained entrance I told her the situation and even though she did not have access to a computer she was still able to check me in. I don't remember her name but she was EXTREMELY nice and provided excellent customer service. I could have went to 15 other hotels but she made me happy that I chose extended stay. E... read more

its indoors and its dry, about that good I just needed a place to sleep. Nothing fancy, I'm just in town for the night, so i didnt book the Hyatt Regency. Reservations were ez, price was ok, ez access of the highway. Nice dark soundproofing curtains blocked out the streetlight and most of the road noise. I liked the little courtesy bag they gave me. Prolly my only complaint was the hallway carpet. It looked pretty disgusting, worse than dirty. I realize that many people "live" here and I can overlook most of that. Its not a ... read more

Extended Stay America - Romeoville, IL I was very happy with the motel. The young lady on duty when I arrived was very helpful. I was injured the day before, and she carried my bags to my room for me, then called me a couple of times to check on me. Very wonderful service from her. The room was very clean. I was extremely happy with the service and the room.

Change of room After we complained that we could NOT be in a smoking room, the front desk clerk found us a room...considering we reserved a "NON-smoking" room in the first place. Following the change of room, we were fine and it worked out pleasantly. As far as recommending your hotel, that would questionable due to the front desk!
