Cigarette burn holes in the carpet, stove burners rusted and stink when they were turned on, holes in the dresser, stained sheets and pillow cases, rips in the chair, cobwebs in the corner of the room, dirty counters, refrigerator dirty

Check in was horrible. Hotel was dirty. Loud disturbing guests all night.

I called orvitz ro try ro get another hotel because thia one was not trying hp and keep lying.First red flag they gave a room told me there side doors work for entrance key when i got my bags on the bitter cold could gain entry. I went to the front to get answers manager on duty said not sure why he stated that our side doors key card is not working properly Sp i went back to car returned and was told rhwy was changing my room before I even went to room. I did NOT like anything. Never in my life have I been to a Motel that did NOT have ice machines!!! Furniture was in terrible shape. The refrigerator looked like it was run over by a semi and it was dirty. No amenities- not even a COFFEE pot! No remote for the TV. No dishes. And I waited in the lobby for a long, long time just to be checked in. Will NEVER go back!!!! Ruined my family’s New Years Eve!

It was it was clean and the first shift front desk lady was very respectful and very nice but the manager at the end of the night I don't know it was a man if he was a manager but he was very special listening to what someone had to say but he wants you to listen to everything he says when he was the one who understood someone and just was very rude at the end I did not like this when I had spoke to the woman in the first shift and we under what we had agreed on for another night and he came in at no one he was talking about... read more

First room smelled horrible.. moved to another room it too smelled not as bad as the first room. Will never stay here again

When i went to check in the guy out front was very rude ! When i finally finished checking in he stated he needed to go check the room to see if it was clean after the fact he had already charged me. He came back told me it was clean when i went up to the room it had a really nasty smell and there was alot of bugs all over the room, i came back down and requested another room they gave me a different room and that room also had bugs and a nasty smell.
