Had to cancel due to an emergency so I called the hotel and they said reservation was cancelled. Still got charged
Noisy neighbors above me . Asked for a quiet room on 3rd floor and they refused. Rude people at front desk.. will never stay here again!!
Horrible Room smelled so bad. Hotel always had police officers called to many rooms all night long. . In the morning there was ambulance fire trucks and more police cars.
Property is a common Extended Stay America. Check-In staff not very friendly, as they are just like robots. Room was basically clean, as previous guest left food in the frig & housekeeping never cleaned out. Check-Out didn't seem to care.
Cheap stay First room they gave us smelled terrible so they moved us to another room and the heat didn’t work well but the front desk didn’t answer and this was at 1130 pm after flying in so just delt with it. Would not recommend here unless your homeless.
