Room smelled disgusting. Showers were dirty. Mattress didn’t have a mattress protector.
Yuck The person working the front desk was attentive and supportive. From here it went downhill fast. Everything about the facility felt outdated and worn. The room I was in: had a musty smell, large hole in the window screen, the outside of the refrigerator was so filthy and dirty I was afraid to even open it, the flooring was sticky, the carpet was so old that it had the appearance of total filth, the chair in the room had multiple holes ripped in it, the burners on the stove looked 20 yrs past their date. Dirty, Nasty and not a place to returned It was bah for the price. The cleanliness was awful. One of the room had cockroaches. We were scare to bring bugs back home.
I stayed at this hotel in 2019 and was pleased with the hotel. This time, however, I was told they are under new ownership. I booked a 2 Queen room and was told they had overbooked an would put me in a 1 King, which was fine. When we got to the room, it wreaked of cigarette smoke, so I asked if they would change us into another room. The other room was a single queen, which was fine. That room seemed ok and we left to go out for the evening and I left the air conditioner running to have the room cool upon our return. I think... read more
