People running in and out of their doors all night long people above me stomping and bouncing whatever they were doing making noise most of the time I was there and all of the morning. And I had to pay $50 on top of that for deposit what the hell is that. All the tenants should not be paying $50 because someone else messed up the room only charge to 1/5 doing the damage that would be the correct way to do it.
Bugs
This was thee WORST Extended Stay I have EVER stayed at. It wasn't clean and the smell of the carpet in the halls and room was disgusting. I refrigerator and cabinets were filthy. The counter tops in the kitchen and the bathroom were worn down. The pictures on the site do not measure to the status. I had no other choice but to stay that night in there because other hotels were booked. I was not happy.
AWFUL STAY my wife and i had a horrible time checking in, the room had mold, the upstairs people were LOUD and we complained 3 times and nothing was done. i would not recommend this hotel.
No signage to the main entrance, outdated rooms, poor maintenance to the building and rooms, not good.
Please update the refrigerator and tv. The ones in my room looked like be there since the hotel was built I1990s. Please purchase more towels! It’s ridiculous to wait more than 2 hours for clean towels!
Rude staff, dirty laundry all over the floor in the washroom behind the check in desk, dirty room with hair all over, police outside at night and in the morning when we left, felt unsafe around other people staying at the hotel. The images the hotel used were not from THIS hotel. This is not a safe place to stay and I don’t think Expedia should be listing a place so terrible on their website. Couldn’t even get a full refund because I stayed there for 9 hours in a dirty room trying to find another place to go at 2am.
Horrible. Hotel overbooked so they couldnt provide a room. Asian woman at desk rude and acted like i was inconveniencing her.
