This is my second time staying here. I prefer staying here again when I visit Chicago next time.
Furnishings are nice, security for guests borders on unsafe, will never stay for that reason only

I had a problem with the light bulb of refrigerator and top freezer was leaking water into the refrigerator contaminated my food
Ok but expected better It was ok but for that price? No. I would have even paid a little more for better service and a better room. The front desk was almost never there and whenever I needed them I had to wait over 10 to 15 mins for someone to show up, but when they did, they were helpful. Definitely should not advertise free breakfast...coffee, tea, oatmeal packs, prepackaged muffins and granola bars is a SNACK...Not real breakfast.
