The morning staff member at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was less than expected—granola bars and muffins.

The building feels outdated and a bit worn out, and the common areas could definitely use a thorough cleaning. The bigger issue seems to be the lack of attention to service. When I arrived around 7:00pm, the staff member on duty was visibly annoyed and gave the group ahead of me a hard time during check-in.
