Convenient location and friendly staff. The other guests were sometimes loud but management took care of it. They could use one more dolly for the front desk, there was only 1 for 5 floors.
The room was clean and in relatively good shape. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me , and no comlaints at all.
The staff was ok, but the place was to dark and not inviting. The rooms were also dark and needs to be updated. There was no ice avaliable and they need to add juice to their breakfast menu.
The true value of the property is the staffs and their services
Hotel was OK. 2nd floor room, smelled like weed & and really strong cleaning supplies. Beds were ok, if you get cold bring extra blankets. Breakfast was coffee, packaged muffins & fruit bars..not great. No seating area in lobby or outside. Staff very friendly.
