Smells terrible in room like swamp. Will not stay next time

The bed was very firm, they ran out of face towels, the staff was friendly.

The building feels outdated and a bit worn out, and the common areas could definitely use a thorough cleaning. The bigger issue seems to be the lack of attention to service. When I arrived around 7:00pm, the staff member on duty was visibly annoyed and gave the group ahead of me a hard time during check-in.
