The staff was great!!! Very helpful!!! Not all lamps worked in our room. The heater was very noisy. The stove was not fully operational - only one burner worked.

Mary was great at front desk. Would love to see her and hotel again!
The hotel was clean, so was the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I booked the room I didn’t realized it was a fully furnished room with a regular sized fridge and a little electric stove. Loved it

Room was clean. Very sparse, but just fine for our quick family visit.

Helpful staff. Brkfst is only hot drinks and plastic wrapped muffins.
Customer service here is top-notch. The hotel is super clean and very quiet.

The room was fine, but when I went to take a shower in the morning, the water temperature was Luke warm at best.

I found myself going to this Extended Stay America as an escape from my own home. Ive been living in a studio apartment with a neighbor that has a rolling office chair on the hardwood floor that gets rolled day or night making it very hard to live, sleep or think. When I arrived late on a Sunday night I was treated kindly by Maya and after explaining my ordeal I could see she listened and even looked to see if she could get me a top floor .
