A bid let down... Several issues with room. First, bathroom door handle was broken. Second toilet seat loose. Third I suspected minor leak under commode. Fourth, closet shelving broken. Beds uncomfortable. It was nice having a kitchenette, but the run down feel if the room offset that perk. It's extra for room service, so don't expect it without a fee. On the positives, it's close to old orchard mall, good food, and I-94. Easy drive to Skokie, Wilmette and Evanston and many other suburbs. Parking is free and plentiful.

It did the job. Only place I could find with two beds so I settled for this place. It's meant for longer stays for construction workers that need to be housed for an "Extended Stay".

Breakfast was a bare minimum "Grab and Go" at a place that has Stay in its name!

Friendly staff, willing to help with any needs We had a nice stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Great for price.

Good hotel and provides value for money. Breakfast is not continental but grab and go. Much nearer to downtown and provides free parking. They don't provide housekeeping unless you stay more than 7 days. Kitchen stove is not great and takes lot of time to cook. Bathroom is clean. Friendly staff. Will stay again
