Nice Staff Very comfortable and welcoming. Nice room set up. The only thing was the TV...very small. A nice recliner and a kitchen.

Very reasonable price. Super comfortable beds. Curtains kept out the sun & room was well insulated from noise so it was easy to sleep in.

It was very pleasurable, safe, quite, and affordable. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast. Convenient to where my training was held. Hotel was near shopping area and lots of food places to choose from. I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay at Extended Stay America Chicgo again. Thank you.

Decent room. OK for a football game overnighter Surprised when I requested a rollaway bed, I was advised the 2 they have were already spoken for.

It's ok At least half of the front desk staff was unhelpful and not nice. They accused me of trying to sneak in a pet that was clearly on my reservation that they hadn't read. I was told I had to come down to get a vacuum to clean my room, but when my husband went down to get it, he was told that they'd bring it up. The fridge in our room froze most of my groceries, rendering them garbage. They took the switch to adjust the temperature in the fridge out, so I couldn't even fix the issue.
