The Room was nice and clean. I had an issue with the Shower that there wasn’t enough pressure with the water.

My stay at the extended stay in Lake Forest was honestly just ok. It really wasn’t what I was expecting, but that’s my fault, should have done my research. First thing, the room had a smell, don’t know how to describe it, it was like a musty smell, really turned me off. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so I decided to just bare it but I honestly wouldn’t stay there again. It’s ok if you’re looking for something cheap and you don’t care about the quality. The bed was ok, no issue there, slept ok.

The staff is phenomenal and super friendly. Always there to help or answer any questions. No complaints whatsoever! Thank you for making my stay a good one. I made the mistake of going to another location later on (Vernon Hills-Lincolnshire location) please do not go to that location…I was getting bit non stop with bugs and the woman at the front desk was so rude and condescending and wasn’t willing to help since she said the maintenance guy didn’t find anything. The rooms were very outdated. Box of tissues were musty. Mattress was very stiff and uncomfortable. Guests were talking to us, though we hadn't even checked in.
