Es un lugar sencillo, pero no me entregaron el cuarto que pedí con anticipación. Me iban a cancelar justo el día que llegue. La habitación tenía un olor extraño. Pero lo demás muy cómodo.

The staff is phenomenal and super friendly. Always there to help or answer any questions. No complaints whatsoever! Thank you for making my stay a good one. I made the mistake of going to another location later on (Vernon Hills-Lincolnshire location) please do not go to that location…I was getting bit non stop with bugs and the woman at the front desk was so rude and condescending and wasn’t willing to help since she said the maintenance guy didn’t find anything.
