Staff was awesome , very clean place but we did book hotel specifically for the hot tub . The water in the hot tub was cold ): very disappointing in that aspect we even tried messing with the settings and it would not warm up

North Chicago area Nice place. Few amenities but knew that was the case.
Nice clean and fidget Hotel was nice and clean check in was flawless. Heater didn't work and it was 5° outside :/
