Vernon Hills, IL It was okay for the price. Very loud guests out front smoking by my window. The room smelled of pets. Was disappointed that the hotel would not give a cheaper rate as I will be back and forth in this area for several months. Oh well, I have other options.

Great hotel, friendly staff at an awesome price The hotel staff was outstanding - they were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Better service here than I've had staying at much more ritzy hotels. The breakfast was very simple, but nice (coffee, oatmeal, muffins, bars, fruit). The rooms were quite large with a simple but functional kitchen (full size fridge, 2-burner stove, sink, dishes, pots/pans, etc.). Train the staff the staff person helping me was new & had clearly not been trained at all - the reservation was booked last minute, I give them that, but I'd never run into this issue with other hotels. the hotel & room where well maintained but not up to date. The rate was good at the time but I would be hesitant to book again

Very nice stay Very clean. friendly staff. first time I've stayed at extended stay and am definitely staying again. They have all that is needed for a business traveler at a reasonable price.

Extended Stay America Chicago - Vernon Hills - Lak The staff in the evening (night) hours was not friendly, kind of mean, and didn't want to either answer or didn't know. The morning staff were very helpful.

Good Price The room was clean, the mattress could have been firmer and the sheets were very worn, but all in all a decent nights sleep. The sheets were very thin and had an ink mark on the fitted sheet.

Friendly, comfortable, convenient. Great coffee. I want to express my deepest gratitude to your manager and staff. In particular for their kindness in searching my room for a valuable ring I had left there. They saved it and will send it back to me. Great Stay! I moved to Chicago almost a year ago, and quickly found myself without a place to stay. I moved into Extended Stay America Vernon Hills, and stayed for a little over 3 months. It was extremely clean, with fantastic staff. They made me feel like my room was my real home. The size was perfect for my needs. It was also the cheapest weekly rate of anywhere in the area. I'm so glad I stayed here, and I am planning to stay here again in the very near future!
