The building is very old. We were checked in to our first room and there were bugs everywhere. On the window seal, in the kitchen and on the table that was inside of the room. We quickly asked for another room and this one was way cleaner however, the towels were dirty and old. Also there was what looked like pubic hair stuck to one of them. I asked for fresh towels and never received them. At that point I was just completely over it. Picked location so it would have microwave/fridge, pet friendly, and breakfast. Breakfast was an oatmeal package or a nutri-grain bar. All the normal extend stay features like plates, were only available by request. We got in late so the last thing I wanted to do was hunt down a front desk person to get a fork and a cup. All bathroom soap and shampoo, also by request. When I went to the desk to get these I was given a face bar and bottle of shampoo. No body soap, no conditioner. My check in was rough as well. The hotel is too old and smelling, when we entered the room it smelled of musty and the old bed smelled like a wet dog, and they charged us twice for the room.
