dirty dishes and uncomfortable bed Coffee pot had coffee dried in bottom of pot was able to wash out with cloth so not stained... Bed uncomfortable , could feel springs would not stay here again
Top Value Very reasonably priced hotel near the Chicago area. Was pleased with the location and the quality of the hotel. This is a long stay hotel with a full kitchen and as such there was a heavy food smell when you entered the room. Would definitely stay here again though.
excellent stay waiting to get into my place
I stayed here the weekend of a local running event. Very disappointed in this hotel. The first year it took 45 minutes for someone to show up to check me into the hotel on a Thursday afternoon. I had to call corporate headquarters to contact local management that someone was at the front desk. I gave the hotel another chance and came back the next year. This time there was no toilet paper in the room. I called the office and they said I would have to wait until 10 am. I asked for toilet paper at 6 am. A basic need for a hote... read more

What nightmares are made of. The room had 2 towels, If you want more you need to pay for them. We were asked to take out our own garbage from the room. Not to mention questionable clientele. No air conditioning!!!!!!!! Need I say more??????
