I stayed here the weekend of a local running event. Very disappointed in this hotel. The first year it took 45 minutes for someone to show up to check me into the hotel on a Thursday afternoon. I had to call corporate headquarters to contact local management that someone was at the front desk. I gave the hotel another chance and came back the next year. This time there was no toilet paper in the room. I called the office and they said I would have to wait until 10 am. I asked for toilet paper at 6 am. A basic need for a hote... read more

What nightmares are made of. The room had 2 towels, If you want more you need to pay for them. We were asked to take out our own garbage from the room. Not to mention questionable clientele. No air conditioning!!!!!!!! Need I say more??????
Room had an odor like animals
They down graded my reservation. Charged extra if you want extra towels. Extended stay that does not provide cookware. So if you want to use the kitchen you have to go buy pots and pans ect. The guy in the room next door woke me up at 3 am each morning with his music. No night stand. The receptionist was rude and condescending. For starters. On the positive side, the iron worked good. I will never stay at extended Stay America again.

Decent place but didn't had the type of room and bed we reserved and forced to use smaller bed. The kitchen burners gave wire melting smell as we tried to use and we stopped using it

Waited 15 minutes at the front desk to check in. Went to dinner after. Got back and went to my room. The smell of pot was so overwhelming that i left at 11pm. My eyes were burning, nose plugged up. It was disgusting. My room was lovely and the bed so comfortable. Unfortunately due to smell i coukd not stay. Had to ho chevk into another hotel. What a waste of money.
