Less than expected Commode was not cleaned. Microwave was missing. Two requests were not successful in obtaining one. Refrigerator was noisy when it cycled on and the doors did not open in the correct direction for the kitchen area.

It needs money spent on updating. Shower curtain rod failing off the wall. Hole is developing in the tub. Hand rail in tub missing.

Patience required Took over a hour for check in. Room wasn't cleaned, despite a 3:00 pm check in.

This property is good for the price you pay. The only issue to resolve is small flying insects / bugs in the room and bathroom. They keep appearing a day after spraying.

Location is great - access to mall, freeways, and restaurants. Downside, there are small flying insects / bugs in the room and bathroom - requiring periodic spray.
