The positive was the staff is very nice and helpful. There were several negatives. The room did not have a microwave and it took them close to 14-16 hours to have one provided. The room itself was dirty and had a bug investation. I haven't had an issue staying at this location with either issue until this last visit. I'm very disapointed.

Cockroach There was a roach crawling on the bed. Room was non-smoking but smelled like cigarette smoke
Low quality for the price Had to wait almost 15 minutes to check in, even though there wete no other guests waiting. This property is very dirty, stains on the room carpet, elevator floors were sticky and walls need painting.
Property needs some major changes / renovations.
Hotel is very conveniently located and the hotel staff was trying to be helpful. However, the hotel condition is way below industry standard. First room had thick cigarette smell even though the room was supposed to be a "Non-smoking" room, second room had odor smell that the staff said was originated from the room carpet. A big bug was found on the room table. No shampoos or conditioners were provided in the room. The customer was asked to buy those things from the vending machine for themselves.
Sheets stained on 1 bed, other bed had damp sheets. No pillow case on 1 pillow. Asked to have sheets changed was told no maid service on duty and no extra rooms. Asked for refund and went to Holiday Inn.
Not very clean but you get what you pay for.
It took quite a while to get service at the counter. I was asked to fill out a form without explanation. The hotel halls and room had an unpleasant odor. The refrigerator made noises. The sheets were stained and damp. When I asked to have the sheets changed I was told no house keeping was available nor were other rooms. We requested a refund and left.
