Nothing exciting, and lacking good service I booked in a rush when I realized my standard quiet stop in KY on my yearly trip from TX to NY was overwhelmed with an event and this was the closest I could find that wasn't over $300 and not fully booked. By the time I got there it was after 1 AM and the night clerk didn't seem to happy to have a late check in. We will find somewhere else to stay next year. The staff at the front desk in the evening made it seem like we were a bother to them. I received a phone call from the front desk at 11:15pm the day we had checked in telling us that there had been a mistake and we were put in the wrong rooms. It was 11:15 at night, what were we expected to do, pack up 3 rooms of teenagers and move? Why did they call me and at that time of night? Room needed some updates. Showerhead was broken. Hotel staff was nice and accommodating.

Very disapointed The hotel was nice and I would considering staying at another Extended Stay Hotel but not this one. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in all my travels. The desk clerk (Karen) was extremely rude and even hung up on when I called the desk for one of their comfort packages. I called back and she very sternly said what do you want. Rooms are much smaller and very little shower compared to other extended stays.
