Very tidy and affordable.
The water in this part of town tastes chemically, which is not anything that the hotel has any control over. We also noticed this at a nearby restaurant so it is not just the hotel.

The room was nice and clean. Very spacious. My suggestion would be to make coffee accessible in the rooms and upgrade the grab N Go bar.

Carpet in room was tore up. What the out you can see the Screens on some of the windows ripped. And no hot breakfast or apple juice.
