Dirty bed sheets on bed with disgusting stains. Toilet didn’t flush properly. No toilet paper in bathroom. Hair and dried toothpaste in bathroom sink. Half the lights didn’t work. Overwhelming smell of marijuana smoke in both the hallways and the room itself. Absolutely appalling. If I was in charge of “extended stay America “ I would immediately take my name off of this hotel franchise.

Toilet was broke. Cigarette burn hole in sheets. No toilet paper in room. Window didn’t lock and was falling out. Paid extra for the second bed but got moved to a different room with only a pull out sofa. No sheets supplied for the sleeper sofa. Very unhappy with my experience

The room was dirty. It looked like the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. There was a used wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain and there were several hairs on the shower wall. The walls in the room had several areas where the paint had been chipped off. It was really disappointing for rooms that were almost $100 each

Do not stay here. The rooms do not feel clean, and they need updated. Our couch was chewed up, the TV was rocking in the stand because it was broken. The halls smell disgusting, like weed. There were no blankets, when we asked for some they told us they didn't have any. Toilet clogged and the floor felt so greasy, had to keep my shoes on.

Bad choice No elevator. Arrived and being concerned came to mind. Front desk was friendly. Opened the door to room and had a bad smell. Couch had huge hole on the arm. Floor was sticking when walking. No blankets on bed only sheets. Floor had no carpet. My one daughter asked if we should check for bugs. Other daughter was like i dont want to stay here i dont feel comfortable. We basically left as soon as we walked into the room. Advice to everyone NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS PLACE. It’s DIRTY, DISGUSTING and No Friendly Service. When we arrived around 3:00 for check in, no one was at the front desk for checking us in. Then the lady came after 1 hour and check us in. Then our bad experience started from there. NO ELEVATORS IN THE BUILDING. We had to carry our luggage to third floor.
