Staff was great. We got a great deal on the room. The area seemed very safe too!

We booked our room more than a month before our stay. The day before we were to leave, the manager called and rudely explained that they were overbooked and we were moved to a sister location. We regretfully accepted a smaller room to remain at that same location where friends had also booked a room. Not only was the room small and outdated but it was not cleaned well. The bathtub was dirty. Bathroom sliding door lock was not working. Everything was worn and there were no blankets for pullout couch. Also the pullout was supposed to be a double but was more like a twin.

Location was great. Found the room to be less than clean - shower drain clearly clogged, the front of the fridge covered with dirt, the towels and bedding old, etc.

When we arrived i was given 2 rooms on opposite sides of the hotel. I explained that i requested them be next to eachother. I was told that is impossible to do. I explained i had 6 kids (Girl Scouts) with us. Dave stated again it is impossible to do. The breakfast was Otis Spunkmeyer muffins and granola bars. We are Girl Scouts.
