Good value for the area, but not kept well. Many cigarette butts around property. Breakfast is mini-muffins and coffee. Trash all week in stair wells.

Not the nicest hotel. But good for the price. Was clean and quiet and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Not what I expected for the money. I didn't like the fact that didn't give you housekeeping service, unless you are staying 7 days. They don't make you aware of that during booking or check in. Also this hotel has no ice machines, never seen that in a hotel.

Staff was very laxadaisy. Called down to front desk at 6am...Housekeeping answered to advise that front desk staff does not come in til 7am...but, housekeeping was able to help me. Seriously, that is not good. Breakfast consisted of coffee and granola bar options...that is not even a Continental Breakfast offering.

Beds were small. Bath tub didn't drain well. Room was spacious.

Visiting Cincinnati This was my first stay with this chain. I was impressed with the layout of the room. This would be a great hotel for a longer stay as the rooms are spacious. The room was equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 burner stove, and kitchen sink with disposal. Available on request: dishes/utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and more. There was also the standard TV and air conditioner. The bathroom was adequate, nothing extraordinary but served it's purpose.
