Staff was excellent. Room was not clean as floor had dirt and trash on floor. Shower was not clean. Out of coffe 3 of 5 mornings.

Room was nice but lobby and elevator had a peculiar smell that while not terrible, took away a higher rating for the stay

The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and gave us a room where half of the lights didn't work. When checking out the staff was much more friendly. Room wasn't as clean as I would have hoped but it wasn't TERRIBLE minus the broken lights.

Definitely won’t be staying at any of these hotel every again. The lady that checked us must have been under staffed or having a bad day because she was not very polite or helpful... there were dirty towels left in the shower. The pull out mattress on the sofa was super thin and uncomfortable.
