It was ok and good for one night stay. We were given a room key to a room that had people in it so that wasn't good. It was a quick night stay on our way elsewhere.
Clean room. They must of just bleached the hell out of thebroom because we had to open the windows. Check in took some time....seemed like the front desk girl was overwhelmed. The area had it's moments but overall was safe.

We were in town for a sporting event and just needed a simple hotel for overnight, no frills. The staff was friendly and we were able to check in early, which was a bonus.This hotel was clean, had a small kitchen, close to Covington KY Main St. which was an awesome area. We also walked across the bridge into Cincy which was about 1.5 miles. There are also very inexpensive shuttles that run every 15 mins. The area around Paycor Stadium in Cincy is really nice. Very convenient, right across the statement bridge from Cincinnati. Covington was a much more interesting city than expected. "Breakfast" was just "grab-n-go" coffee and oatmeal packets, wrapped danish and cereal bars. But, all was clean and comfortable,and that's what counts.

Interesting area. Wasnt sure if it was safe or not. Easy enough walk across the bridge to Cincinnatti.

The receptionist was friendly upon arrival and did a fine job. The elevator was broken when we arrived and we had to lug everything up to the third floor. The next day the elevator was back working around 8:30am. The morning staff was friendly but coffee was thin and not worth drinking. The breakfast was described as grab-n-go which turned out to be a honey bun and a soft cereal bar. The overall value was good, especially when compared to some of the other hotels in the area. Pass on the coffee and sugary breakfast.
Staff was communicative during cable issues. Beds are very stiff.
