Reds opening day Very nice stay. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Only thing was the elevator quit working. But besides that it was fabulous.
Two day visit to Cincinnati with my grandson. We always stay here.
Mattress was cheap and old
Good place to stay was just annoyed they don’t accept any cash not even the vending machines
Okay. The heat in my room did not work so I was cold the entire stay.
Te bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. Light above stove and one lamp wasn't working. Room was clean. Had to ask for a blow dryer. No dishes in room. Was told to ask if needed. Maybe that's policy.
Not really free breakfast Place was nice, rooms were clean and a decent size. Only issue is they don’t really have a free breakfast they have a “coffee bar”
The service was absolutely amazing and I would stay there again! Highly recommend this hotel!
Check in was very slow. Breakfast was disappointing. Not enough toiletries for two people.
