Just okay The room was not very clean, and smelled of cigarettes and we do not smoke. This was to have been a non smoking room. The hotel desk worker was very nice trying to make a room switch but there was no options to move rooms. We had to spray cologne to mask the odor. If all that was not bad enough the bed was so uncomfortable, I woke up with a sore back.
Fool my once Right off the freeway, with lots of road noise. Very bare bones...had to request every item you'd need from the front desk, ie dishes and hair dryer, no bath supplies, or room clean-up. Staff was friendly and responsive when we did ask, it was just a hassle. Won't stay at Extended Stay American again.
Nice hotel with good amenities The hotel is not fancy but it is clean, the person at check in did an excellent job and everything is in good shape. The workout room was acceptable. The grab and go breakfast did not have any fruit and it is right next to an interstate bridge so if you are a light sleeper that might be an issue but it did not bother me. The area that the hotel is in has had quite a few restaurants built in the past few years so there are a lot of options for a decent meal.
OK but not our favorite This property worked fine but the location is under the interstate bridge and was a hang out for some questionable characters. The room and service were more than adequate and worked for our place to sleep on our road trip.
The only downside to this hotel (especially when not staying long term) is getting used to the highway traffic noise when trying to sleep as the end of the building is nearly under busy I-75 and interchanges crossing the Ohio River between Cincinnati and Covington.

Friendly staff ,clean room convinent to activities. poor tv reception.
