Left A Little To Be Desired The hotel staff was perfect. They were very helpful. However, we thought the place was going to burn down. The fie alarm went off one night and we were, as well as other guests obviously, all left out in the cold for some time while the fire department investigated. This was a last minute find and wasn't bad for what we needed.
Christmas Visit Christmas visit to family. Covington has great food and some amazing buildings but we also went across the bridge to Cincinnati and there was a lot to see and do there.

Christmas Christmas visit with family. Kitchenette helped in getting everything cooked for the dinner. It was close to family. Very close to Cincinnati which has EVERYTHING and the price was way better in Covington.

Eh. You get what you pay for Elevator was broken. Night auditor charged me 3 times for a room that was prepaid on Hotels.com. Hotel corrected it, which was nice.
Came for a concert and hotel was close to that and places for dinner and other evening activities
