Clean, Affordable, Safe, & Pleasant Stay Very clean & nice hotel. Everything was pretty basic, but it was just what we needed for a little family weekend getaway. Breakfast included coffee, oatmeal, muffins, and granola bars. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff was polite professional excellent servic The staff treated everyone the same. They went Way Beyond the Call of Duty to make sure everyone was comfortable and accommodated. There was a lot of people this weekend and their attitudes were not nice. But the staff stayed positive and treated everyone with respect. They saying that I was disabled and took the time to assist me with the things I need. A1 customer service

Bathroom towel had hair on it, toilet dirty, complimentary breakfast turned out to be instant oatmeal, instant grits, and granola bars. Only had one tiny shampoo in the bathroom. Recliner was broken.

Solid, safe clean. Great staff Although slightly off the path (very slightly) this is a good choice, reasonably priced. Just what was needed for my (solo) trip through Cincinnati. Super nice staff.

for the $ ok Had to ask for coffee pot and expected muffins or such in morning and just had a breakfast bar. Very confusing route to hotel off of interstate.

The website suggested there was a pool/hot tub. Not the case, and in addition someone came in before I checked in and had a lower price. When I asked about it I was told nothing could be done about it because I booked through a 3rd party. So, then I asked about the pet fee because we were there for a tournament, and the pets would be with us at all times. Nothing was done there.
