The room was clean and we did get the ground floor room we requested which was good. Downside was it was near the laundry area for the staff so the housekeeping carts woke us at 5:30 the next morning. Breakfast was okay, no cold cereal or juice. Coffee, hot chocolate, pre packaged muffins, instant oats and granola bars. Not terrible as we were only there for the one night after going to a funeral in town.

The overall stay was a great experience and would do again. The only thing I missed was having a coffee maker in room. The staff was very friendly and accomadating.

Crowded feeling, needed some space. Hotel property felt really crowded. Kids running down the hall at 11pm. Room was clean and cool, so points for that.

This hotel was not clean when I checked in. Had dirt on the floor including a dime and twist tie. Clearly no sweeping was done. When I ask for a sweeper they said they would charge me for housekeeping. Took hours to get dishes brought in and difficulty even getting toilet paper.

I was pulling a big rig for our move to Michigan and the staff was so helpful to find me a parking spot!

This hotel was fine. Nothing fancy but clean and felt comfortable. Only issue, I booked three rooms thru Hotels.com and they only sent over a reservation for one room. Thankfully the front desk was very accommodating and found us three rooms together.

Good people make this place a real gem. We had a real bad experience with a competitor intown (hint). This hotel made our night better. Great friendly staff. Clean functional room and no hassles with our service dog. I can't express how much I appreciate them. It is good place to stay.
