One employee was nice, she was kinda likd the manager without the title. But the other two guys we talked to was rude. The property was fine but the customer service needs improving.

Good value Room was clean, comfortable and quiet and a good value. Nicely located right off the expressway. Would stay there again.

The room was clean and we did get the ground floor room we requested which was good. Downside was it was near the laundry area for the staff so the housekeeping carts woke us at 5:30 the next morning. Breakfast was okay, no cold cereal or juice. Coffee, hot chocolate, pre packaged muffins, instant oats and granola bars. Not terrible as we were only there for the one night after going to a funeral in town.

The overall stay was a great experience and would do again. The only thing I missed was having a coffee maker in room. The staff was very friendly and accomadating.

Open your ears Google maps has them on the other side of Hwy 4. Front office didn't listen when I asked for a early room cleaning because of my work hours. My room wasn't cleaned in the 3 days I was there
