The carpets were very stained and dirty. Holes in the walls. No garbage can or even toilet paper. Front desk didnt have any garbage cans..?

This place is unsafe, dirty carpets, bugs everywhere, filthy sheets with stains ,fridge is old with rust all over it, mold buildup, nasty stains on bathroom tub. The breakfast advertised consisted of a few cereal bars and a pot of coffee, In the middle of the night someone have an access card and open the door trying to force into the room, and the door lock prevented him and took off running. Worthless service When I got to the hotel and tried to check in, I was told there weren’t any rooms available. I tried contacting you, people, with no success. I waited over 15 minutes online, with that absolutely terrible music. I will never use you people again. You wasted $74 of my money.

the guest came in around 3:00am and was told the he system was going thru night audit that they could check in with a early check-in fee. but was told the third party would have to make a new reservation because his has went into no show,

Convenient location near highway. Horrible cigarette smell in the room. Soiled carpet. Dirty sheets. Dirty towels. Filthy mirror. Did not have the room I booked available and did resolve the issue. Would not stay again. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting. Terrible. We had checked in then left to go get food. We came back and entered the room we were given and it looked like someone had been in there just minutes before we got there. Towels were used, bed sheets were messed up and used, and someone left their drink and food out on the night stand! I am disgusted in how much money I paid for a room and didn’t even get to spend the night in it.

We arrived to be told that our room was not clean so we would have to go some place else. No help finding us another room. . .the girl said we have no clean rooms so You will have to find some place else.

Not the best neighborhood Since it's an Extended Stay, the clientele tend to be LESS of the overnight travelers. The parking was MEH at best and not close to the room I was in. The hotel location is shoved back in some corner lot. The room was clean enough, although there was some old ice cream in the freezer, the bath mat had a shoe print on it and the smoke detector was disabled because someone smoked SOMETHING in there; burn marks on the bathroom floor.
