Nice but not again!!!!!!! Not good no pool no appliances but had a stove top microwave and fridge room was really nice you have to bring rags and towels to front desk to get new ones and the worst of all the fire alarm went off at 3am in the morning two days in a row that was very scary to get woken up out your sleep I will never book there again and I only booked because the hotel was new.
Poor check in and communication I called to let them know we would be a late check in, she told me that was fine she would note my reservation. Was a hugh surprise when we got there the front desk was closed! Just a sign telling you to call from the house phone but no house phone in the lobby. Had to go back out to the foyer. Very unprofessional for a hotel, would have been a lot let stress for us if when I called she could have let us know the late check in procedure! Beds we also VERY hard. We only stayed for one night. On that night, it sounded like foot races were going on all night on the floor above us. The desk was closed all night. The beds were hard as stone and VERY uncomfortable. The hotel is on the highway and you can hear the traffic all night. I do not plan to stay at this hotel again.
Don't do it. So bad that we didn't stay I think that's enough said.

Vacation get away The room was clean since the hotel was 3 months old. There was a full size ref and two stove tops for cooking but no cooking utensils at all. Just two plastic cups. If you want to cook bring your own utensils. We were there 4 nights and there was no housekeeping done to our room at all. Only two towels and two face towels. No change of towels or bedding. If you wanted these you had to ask for them when the front desk open up which was from 3-10 pm and only some days. No iron, no ironing board. No hair dryer... read more

Unfortunately we did a poor job of communicating other features and policies. Cookware is available on request as well as an iron, ironing board and blow dryer. You also should have received a daily refresh cleaning of your room during your stay. Lastly, the office hours are limited and that should also have been made more clear during the check-in process.
