Don't recommend The hotel processed a pre authorization fee for a large amount then debited for the stay , when I called there was no one working the desk until 10 am ??? When I did get a hold of someone they said the pre authorization should be back on my account in a couple of days but weren't sure , staff not friendly , will never stay here again for this price !

If a different payment was made authorizations generally take 3 - 5 business days to return to your credit card.
Lacks ordinary amenities No stopper in bath sink. No face towels. had to ask for more than one bath towel. No coffee pot or any kitchen utensils. Limited desk operation. Annoying main light switch. Had to experiment to find and be able to turn on. Kept going off every 15 minutes or so. Movement activated I guess.

Never again We got in late after driving a while. Called and told them that we would be in late. When we got there the front desk had the wrong room and then didn't even know what the rooms had in them (ex 2 beds or 1 bed and a couch), so at 1 am we were trying to figure out if 2 adults and 3 kids would fit in the only room left that we booked weeks ago. it was very uncomfortable you could hear the noise from every adjoining room and the cable only had 20 channels no movie options

Disgustinglingly Filthy Hair on linens, dirty sheets, crumbs on boxspring and floor, hair and grime in the tub. Staff was very nice though and offered a 100% refund.

Treacherous It was horrible! Customer service at its worst! We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Jacqueline. It started before we even arrived at the hotel. When we booked the room there was a discretion in the room rate so we tried to call but the call dropped while we explained our situation to Jacqueline. We attempted to call again and the call dropped once more. After that we called again and no one answered. Stripped down too much No ice. Kitchenette without so much as a single pot or utensil. What's the point. Bed was rock hard.! Asked for food ideas and was told to Google it.

Hotel sold our room to someone else b4 we arrived We drove from Jacksonville FL last friday night after a long day at work only to find that our room was no longer available to us even though we had reserved it via Expedia several days in advance and had confirmation documentation to prove it. Was late at night and had great difficulty finding another room that night. Son had baseball game in the morning and was not well rested because of all of the confusion and not having a room found until 1am that night. Not Cool!
