If I could give -0 I totally would! After 10+ hours of traveling on Thanksgiving, arrived at hotel at 9:55pm and guest services was closed. Per hotel instructions, called 500 and 501 for approximately 30 minutes without an answer. There was a note from another guest on the window requesting a call to check in and third guest showed up stating a return attempt to check in as well. You get what you pay for. This is a no frills hotel, no utensils, no paper towels, no wake up call, etc. etc.

Hurricane stay Been here 3 weeks now because of the hurricane. Been asking for a handicap room everyday and still have not gotten one. Beds are to high for handicap person. Floors are hallow and can hear everyone thumping around upstairs until 4am every night.Has a small kitchenette but no utensils or pots and pans. No iron and ironing board in room.

This is the first hotel with no coffee pot in the room ,only thing it had included in the price was th bed the internet was terrible 1 mbps you can only read email, cos to up grade to one the works, For kitchen supplies you had to pay for, the room cost me $150.00 for one night, I will never book again

Noisy!!! Advertised as having 'fully equipped kitchen!! No pots, no pans, no plates, no cups no. glassses, no cutlery not even a coffee maker.
