Scared for my life... Never again! Should have listened to the bad reviews and not good ones. Being a single white female I did not feel safe inside. Was hoping to get a good night sleep before running a race the next morning but did not. Wish I could have gotten a refund for the stay! The room next to me for an hour almost were in a heated fight dropping the F word constantly "get you F hands off me" I was scared to move from my bed. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere else. Sketchy characters everywhere. As long as we stayed in our room we were fine. Honestly, this is the place you stay on a pinch. I wouldn't get enough here ever. The only saving grace is that the property is relatively new. Please pay a few extra dollars and go somewhere else. I felt like I was putting our family at risk.
I will not return to this hotel We were accused by the half staff that we are making too much noise at 3:30 or four in the afternoon like we were jumping up-and-down The problem with your hotel if you don't have any type of noise dampening carpet and just walking normally I imagine makes quite a sound down below you we were on the second floor the Internet didn't work we had to call the number and they had to do I don't know reset something we had paid for four people we got a room there was one towel one shampoo and one bar... read more
The most disrespectful staff ever. I am a US Army veteran that travels with a registered service dog. Upon arriving I provided documentation from my doctor explaining my need for service dog, although in the state of Florida this is not required. Because my service dog does not look like the typical service dog, I was continually harassed by the staff. Ick I did not expect this hotel to be more "suites" than hotel. No coffee in room or available onsite anywhere. No blow dryer in the room. Although they do have 3 available on a first come, first serve basis. The same with coffee makers. So, basically the chance of one of the coffee makers or blow dryers is pretty slim. No ice maker in the hotel and no pool. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbor. I will not overnite there again. This place is way too bare bones for me!
