The staff were fabulous and kind! We didn’t see the room cleaners but the evening laundry staff were very accommodating and the desk staff were stupendous. We felt safe and secure at this location. The only downfall was the smoking situation. Many guests are in non smoking rooms as were we, but they sit outside their room in the chairs from inside and chain smoke.
