The staff was good and friendly answered my questions promptly...only down fall was no elevator to 2nd floor when ur handicapped.

Great value for the money! With being so close to I275 you can get anywhere in the Bay relatively easily, but it's also not in the heart of downtown areas so it's quiet

The room was horrible. Shower was broken, water did not get hot, even after running it for 5 minutes straight. There was also mold and dirt in and around the tub. Bathroom sink didn’t drain at all. Had to use the kitchen sink if I wanted hot water and to brush my teeth. Dirty refrigerator. Room REEKED of cigarette smoke. Dirty Outdoor Phone It’s not a place to bring a family the main lobby closes at 7pm and there’s an extremely dirty phone enclosed in a box outside the front main entrance that you have to use in order to call someone to assist you after hours.. There’s only one person working there and she has to do laundry and other duties. I didn’t feel safe there. The room was clean but the overall experience was blah.... I would choose another hotel. The neighborhood must be pretty rough I guess....

Very clean and nice hotel. Guest reception was not knowledgeable about certain things concerning the hotel. But she was nice. My room is great only issue, its by the laundry area. Constant knocking and bumping of carts. Im always jumping to answer the door. I work night shift, which i informed the desk clerk at check in. This was not a good area to place me in. But i didnt change, due to the fact they rushed to clean it and get me in an hour before checkin time.
