Great Extended Stay! Good location. Safe, quiet, clean, accessible. Friendly staff and nice Regional Manager.

You know that smell most hotels have? This one does not smell like that. It smells clean!! The bed was comfortable, the staff was very nice. There's always fresh coffee at the entrance. There is some water damagae in the laundry room, which i think the owners need to get fixed soon unless they want someone to hurt themselves. But overall, it was worth the stay!! I will definitely be staying here next time i come back to this area!!

Room smelled of cigarettes really bad and we don’t smoke. In Orlando where we live Extended Stay is one of the nicer hotels, the one we stayed at in Clearwater felt like a truck stop

Room was great big and It was a smoking room I was so pleased. Location is plan tho. Everything near by.

Pool needs to be supervised! Our room was clean and ok . The pool area was terrible! Should have someone to monitor due to drunk people! Urinating beside pool! Had to make my 9 year old granddaughter get out of pool . Due to the loud cursing and throwing of shot bottles being used as balls.
